The first meeting of the Club of Producers of Creative Industries was held in the Supermetall space

Sergey Georgievsky, co-founder of the Agency for Strategic Development “CENTER”, took part in the presentation of the Creative Industries Producers Club, the creation of which was announced by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

"The effective development of creative industries in Russia requires the formation and subsequent market launch of complex products and offers. The club is becoming one of such opportunities," said Svetlana Chupsheva, head of ASI, during the opening.

The first meeting of the club was held on March 29 in Moscow in the creative space "Supermetall". According to the idea of the creators, the Club's platform should become cross-functional and designed for producers of all creative industries. Sergey Georgievsky, as an urban producer, has been engaged for many years in interdisciplinary projects aimed at creating new urban spaces and living environments.

The club's meetings are planned to be held monthly, each of them will be devoted to a specific topic and aspect of modern production in the creative economy. The next topic for designing solutions will be the export of creative economy products. In addition, club members will be introduced to institutional, venture, private and other investors interested in financing projects in the field of creative economy.

Now, according to Rosstat, the contribution of creative industries to GDP in the country is estimated at 3%. 7.6 million entrepreneurs are involved in the creative economy, 50% of them are individual entrepreneurs and self-employed. The revenue of creative economy companies in 2021 amounted to 12.7 trillion rubles.
