Kangalassy 2.0 Project will be presented at the 2018 Eastern Economic Forum
Tomorrow, on September 11, the Eastern Economic Forum will see a unique territorial projects – Kangalassy 2.0 – implemented in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya). The work is conducted under the auspices of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya) and Administration of the city of Yakutsk.
The investment project – Kangalassy 2.0. Northern Innovation Laboratory, which is regarded as pilot for the Republic of Sakha, implies evolution of this territory through mechanisms of creation of institutional, technological, planning architectural innovations and a cluster mechanisms of the creative economic development.
It means that one will create conditions here for economic growth and establishment of a future stable city community as well as the so-called "creative class accelerator".
Therefore, it is planned that by 2024 in the territory of the microdistrict of Kangalassy there will have been a comfortable living environment where intellectual and human capitals will be concentrated. It will allow turning a creative class of the Republic of Sakha into the local economic driver within a very short term.
