Agency CENTER will develop proposals for renovation of Troitsk, Chelyabinsk Region
In the coming months, analysts at the Agency will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the state of Troitsk, one of the oldest towns in Chelyabinsk Region, located on the border with the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study will help to determine the current state of the spatial environment, as well as pinpoint the identifying elements of the town and its architectural and planning features. The data obtained will become the basis for the concept for the architectural and artistic appearance and improvement of the central part of the town.
Agency CENTER will review the system of public and natural recreational zones, and identify significant sites and current tourist routes. The concept will include proposals for the integrated development of these urban areas, and recommendations for improvements which will enable the shaping of a comfortable urban environment and a holistic image for Troitsk.
As part of the work, a concept will also be presented for the improvement of the Tomin Culture and Recreation Park, located in the historic center of Troitsk. Local residents will take an active part in the development of the concept: at an open workshop, together with Agency specialists, they will develop their proposals for transformation of the town, which will be taken into account in the preparation of the final version of the concept.
The client for the project is the Investment Development Agency of the town of Troitsk in Chelyabinsk Region, with the support of the administration of Troitsk town district of Chelyabinsk Region.
