CENTER Agency has prepared a study of environmental comfort in residential complexes under construction for each federal district of Russia.
CENTER Agency analysts updated the study of the best practices in the creation of comfortable environments in Russian residential complexes. The specialists have prepared district versions of the 2018 “10 best practices of residential construction in Russian regions: comfortable environment” study. Now, versions dedicated to the Far Eastern, Volga, Northwestern, North Caucasian, Siberian, Ural, Central and Southern Federal Districts are available for purchase.
Each study may be used on a standalone basis. It contains full information taken from the Federal research: project evaluation methods, analysis of the findings of the evaluation of residential complexes, and comparative analysis of regions. In addition to that, each of them contains information on the best district practices and ratings are given to residential construction projects with high levels of environmental comfort.

It is worth remembering that, in preparing the full and independent picture of the residential construction market in Russia represented in the federal study “10 best practices of residential construction in Russian regions: comfortable environment”, CENTER analysts examined information about 1069 residential complexes commissioned in 53 Russian cities from the 1st quarter of 2016 through the 1st quarter of 2018. Each of these residential complexes was evaluated according to 23 criteria. The data acquired in the independent study provide a comprehensive detached view of a region of interest or specific facility, which will help evaluate its additional competitive advantages and potential areas for growth.
