On November 9, at 15:00 Moscow time, within the framework of the Acceleration (training) program for the development of ecotourism in Russia, an investment pitching, the final event of the project, will take place. The pitching will take place at the "Commune" boiling point of the National Research Technological University "MISiS" (Moscow, 2nd Donskoy proezd, 9).

Representatives of various companies, development institutions, business and specialized departments are invited to participate in the pitching.

In preparation for the investment pitching, a pool of 19 projects from 18 regions was formed, which included 10 projects from among the winners of the All-Russian competition for the creation of tourist and recreational clusters and the development of ecotourism, selected by the Competition Commission, 1 winning project based on the results of the popular vote, 6 territories of prospective development and 2 additional territories based on the recommendation of the Competition Commission. During the event, each region will present its project, including the financial and economic model and implementation strategy.

Teams will make a presentation of their projects aimed at attracting potential investors, give a brief description of them, and show a preliminary economic model.

During the investment pitching, the teams will present projects finalized based on the results of the GR pitching, which took place on October 30. The presentation of the projects took place at the site of the Federal Agency for Tourism (Rostourism) in the capital MIBC "Moscow-City".

The teams successfully defended their projects in front of experts and representatives of the institutional partners of the competition - the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the Federal Agency for Tourism (Rosturizm), as well as the Ministry of Transport of Russia, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities Of Russia and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. The task of the teams was not only to give a brief description of their projects, but also to form their own request to the address of existing state programs that correspond to the goals of project implementation.

Based on the results of the GR-pitching, the teams had a unique opportunity to receive feedback from experts and representatives of ministries and departments.

Let us recall that the Acceleration Program for the Development of Ecological Tourism in terms of creating tourist and recreational clusters is aimed at increasing the competencies and qualifications of participants in regional interdisciplinary teams. At the moment, the 3rd module of the program is underway, open to the winners of the competition and additional teams recommended by the Competition Commission.
