The «Modern technologies in a smart city» forum will be held for the first time at the House on Brestskaya on October 7. The Forum is organized by the State Budgetary Institution Mosstroyinform with the support of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the City of Moscow and with informational support from the Agency for Strategic Development CENTER.
Experts and participants will discuss questions of the development and digital transformation of Moscow, the development and implementation of services and super services, artificial intelligence, work with big data and industry 4.0 technologies.
The main purpose of the forum is to demonstrate advanced technologies and developments in construction.
Invited guests include representatives of executive authorities, educational institutions, software developers, property developers and other players in the capital's investment and construction market.
The forum will start with the «Digitalization of construction as a driver of economic recovery» plenary session. Experts will discuss the formation of the digital ecosystem of the StroimProsto portal, a digital platform for the interaction of participants in construction, a digital passport for capital construction facilities, the development of services and super services, and the digitalization of services.
During the discussion, participants will exchange their views on the development of BIM technologies in Russia, industry 4.0 technologies, including virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), generative design, as well as Green BIM, BEM, Energy Management digital technologies for sustainable development.
The event will be moderated by President of the National Association of Organizations in the Field of Information Modeling Technologies Mikhail Viktorov, Deputy Head of the Experimental Design and Construction Department of the State Budgetary Institution Mosstroyrazvitie Alexey Chikov, and Doctor of Economics, Chief Researcher of the Higher School of Tariff Regulation of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics Vladimir Markin.
