On November 17 a press conference dedicated to the start of the project for developing a master plan for Yakutsk will take place
The event will be held in a hybrid format: at 10:00 (Moscow time) in the TASS Press Center (Tverskoy Boulevard 2, Moscow) and at 16:00 (Yakutsk time) in the Sakhamedia Media Center (ul. Ordzhonikidze 31, Yakutsk).

The work will start with “Integrated assessment of the potential for development of the city district of Yakutsk” research, which will analyze the socio-economic situation of the territory and assess its urban development potential. The research will form the basis of the Open Nationwide Competition for the development of a master plan for the city of Yakutsk of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
