On February 3, a meeting of the Jury of the Open Nationwide Competition for designing a development concept for the Victory Park territory in Murmansk was held online.  

The jury consisted of representatives of state authorities of the Murmansk region and the city of Murmansk, federal and regional experts in the field of architecture, public spaces, urban planning, and landscape architecture.

The Competition has been commissioned by ANO “Murmansk Region Urban Development Center”. The competition is being held with support from the Government of Murmansk Region and the Ministry of Urban Planning and Improvement of Murmansk Region. The operator of the Competition is Agency for Strategic Development CENTER.

According to the results of the Jury Meeting, 5 Finalists were selected, who will continue their work in the second stage of the competition. They became:
