Sergei Georgievskii will assess the works of the participants of the architectural competition "21 Ideas for a Flexible City"
The General Director of the Agency for Strategic Development "CENTER" was included in the jury of the experimental architectural competition of the Center for Urban Competencies of the Agency of Strategic Initiatives "21 Ideas for a Flexible City".
The contestants will have to propose a solution - an architectural fantasy in a free manner - on the theme of a flexible city and how this new model of the city can be quickly adapted to new conditions at any level, from one house to the entire city.
Registration for the competition will be available from July 9 to August 7, 2020. After registration closes on August 8, in just 24 hours, participants will have to develop and visualize their concept.
Terms of the competition:
- July 9 - August 7 - registration for the competition;
- August 8 at 00:00 (Moscow time) - the start of the competition;
- August 8 at 24:00 (Moscow time) - the end of the competition;
- August 10 - August 25 - work of the Jury of the competition, selection of winners;
- August 27 - the winners are announced.
Conditions of the competition:
- Registration of participants for the competition is available from July 9 to August 7;
- Individuals and legal entities can take part in the competition, both individually and as part of groups of authors;
- Only adult citizens of the Russian Federation who have or are receiving higher education in the field of architecture, urban planning, design, urbanism are allowed to participate.
The jury of the competition also included renowned architects and experts in the field of urbanism and architecture. The jury was chaired by Sergei Choban, head of SPICH and Tchoban Voss Architekten.
