Many culture centers’ directors take into account the citizens’ needs in their work, and attract creative specialists to their institutions, thus creating new services and formats of activities that make the institution more up-to-date, financially efficient and demanded by young people and people of working age.
During the “Human Factor” case-session, representatives of several culture centers will come out with challenging cases that took place in their institutions, and share their insights, to help culture centers to adopt worthy functioning ideas.
