The 5th anniversary All-Russian “Environment for Living” Forum will be held in Nizhny Novgorod on August 25–26
The main topic this year is “City and Water”.
It is a platform for exchange of experience between authorities, citizens, developers, Russian and international architects, and urban environment specialists.
The business programme is focused on developing the water and green resources of regions and cities, redevelopment of coastal areas, and private investment in urban projects.
The “Review of solutions: development of coastal areas” roundtable will be held as part of the forum.
It will be moderated by Sergei Georgievskii, co-founder of CENTER Group of Companies.

- Galina Gorozhankina, Head of the Architecture and Urban Planning Department of Belgorod Region;
- Daria Shorina, director of the Institute of Urban Environment Development in Nizhny Novgorod Region;
- Irina Ilina, director of the Institute of Regional Studies and Urban Planning at the Higher School of Economics;
- Edouard Moreau, cofounder of Orchestra Design;
- Oleg Shapiro, cofounder of Wowhaus.
During discussion, experts will talk about their experience in implementing projects in waterfront areas in the regions of Russia and discuss which tools and approaches have proved to be effective, and how they can be scaled up.
