The 57th ISOCARP World Planning Congress "Unlocking the Planning Process: New Times, Better Spaces, Strong Communities" is focussed on finding answers to post-pandemic challenges. Spatial planning is considered "as a vaccine" that promotes the realisation of innovative ideas to achieve strategic urban development goals.

Based on this goal setting, the topics of the business program tracks are conceptualised:

Track 1: Inclusiveness and empowerment: planning with communities and for communities.
Track 2: Well-being and health: taking care of the quality of life.
Track 3: Smart planning and development: innovation to improve management efficiency.
Track 4: Resilience and adaptability: promotion of glocal solutions.
Track 5: Uniqueness and connectivity: discovering the urban future.

The Centre Group of Companies, represented by Maria Sedletskaya, Head of the Analytical Group of the International Urban Laboratory Centre Lab, will present for the first time a unique study "Industrial Quarters.
