Start of a joint project by the Agency CENTER and the Andrey Melnichenko Foundation

In 2024, Agency CENTER, together with the Andrey Melnichenko Foundation and municipal authorities, will organize a nationwide open competition for development of master plans of three cities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory – Nazarovo, Sharypovo, and Borodino. Tatyana Zhuravleva, CEO of the Melnichenko Foundation, made this statement at the professional ARKHMOSKVA Forum and Exhibition.
The plans to hold a competition for creation of a master plan in three cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were announced as part of a case session organized by the Melnichenko Foundation: "And what else but raw materials? How charity and social investment can change the environment and destiny of industrial cities.” At the event, participants discussed how to use spatial, service and economic solutions to help address social problems, most particularly in cities with a population of up to 50 thousand people.
The competition is scheduled to start in August 2024. The best teams of the country, specializing in integrated land development, master planning and urban development, architecture, design, and creation of development roadmaps for public spaces, are invited to participate.
