On January 25, a presentation of the finalized master plan of the city was held in Grozny
The presentation of the strategic master plan was attended by representatives of DOM.RF, executive authorities, federal and regional experts, and representatives of the Agency for Strategic Development “CENTER”
The master plan was developed by an international consortium led by MASTER'S PLAN, which won a competition in which more than 50 companies from 20 countries participated. The project includes not only different levels of development of the city, but also provides for attracting new investments, creating a comfortable and favorable urban environment for the population.
In order to detail the master plan, an Interdepartmental working group was created at the Mayor's Office of Grozny, it included representatives of government authorities, regional and federal experts in the field of urban planning, architecture, ecology, economics, transport, as well as representatives of the operator of the competition. The participation of a wide range of specialists made it possible to take into account all the features of the city to create a balanced development plan for the territory.
Further implementation of the master plan will be carried out through the creation of a management model that includes several levels of interdepartmental interaction, which will allow achieving the planned goals.
