The CENTER Agency for strategic development has joined the "National Convention Bureau" Association
The Bureau's main aim is to launch and promote infrastructural opportunities in different regions of Russia, in order to attract and conduct international congress events, and also to develop business tourism in the country.
The organization will fulfil the function of an "integrated window" for international event organizers, which will attract new and significant international congress events to Russia.
Several of the CENTER Agency's projects have already been linked with the prospective Russian mega-cities, whose authorities are interested in developing tourism in their respective regions. In Novorossiisk, a bid has already been made for business tourism, and in Kazan, one has been made for events and urban tourism.
Sergey Georgievsky, Director General of the CENTER Agency, is sure that joining the Association will provide a superb opportunity to exchange ideas with professionals from the congress tourism industry, and to discuss experiences of organizing urban spaces in the revelant forums.
