Strategic Session of the Agency for Strategic Development "CENTER" was held
On April 18 and 19, the Agency for Strategic Development "CENTER" held a Strategic Session dedicated to the development of the most effective ways for further development of the Company's business and communications.
An expert in product development, marketing, sales and customer experience, founder of the research and consulting laboratory Lanska group Luiza Ulanovskaya moderated the session.
Every day the “CENTER” team works to maintain and increase high quality standards. Even in conditions of turbulence and changing market structure, we continue to change cities, develop territories, conduct research, organize architectural and urban planning competitions, flexibly transforming to new conditions.
The time has come to accumulate and evaluate the experience gained, modernizing it in accordance with the new requirements of the market. The strategic brainstorming session helped define the key goals for the formation of new vectors in the communication strategy and work with investment and development companies.
During the session, a "road map" was developed, which will contribute to the further development of the company.
