The Research was carried out of the Agency for Strategic Development "CENTER"
The initiator of the project – Mayor’s Office of the Grozny city with the support of the Government of the Chechen Republic and the major Russian financial institute in the field of development DOM.RF.
In this Research, a Comprehensive Assessment of the Development Potential of Grozny was carried out in the following areas:
- assessment of development prerequisites;
- analysis of strategic priorities for socio-economic development;
- analysis of socio-economic development indicators;
- spatial analysis;
- analysis of infrastructure provision.
The Research assesses the current state of the city, trends and potential for socio-economic and spatial development
