The presentation of the results of the "New Anapa" competition to the public took place
On December 8, the presentation of the results of the competition to the public took place in the art gallery "White Square" in the resort city of Anapa.
It was attended by representatives of the Corporation "Tourism.RF", the Government of the Krasnodar Territory, the mayor's Office of the resort city of Anapa, and the winning consortium of the competition, representatives of public authorities, public and business organizations, and the city expert community.
Svetlana Balayeva, First Deputy head of the Anapa Resort City Municipality, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech: "The implementation of the project will certainly have a positive impact on the development of Anapa as one of the tourist centers of the country and will give an impetus not only to the development of the tourism industry, but also to the modernization of the entire city as a whole."
The competition started on June 13, 2023. It was initiated by the Joint-Stock Company "Corporation Tourism.RF", which set itself the goal of choosing the most optimal architectural, planning and urban planning solution for the development of the future tourist area. The results of the competition will become part of the master plan of the New Anapa, which is being developed on the initiative of the Corporation.
Natalia Grigorieva, Project Director of the Corporation's Master Planning and Territory Development Department, noted the investment significance of the results of the competition: "We are already developing a master plan for the future resort and forming more than 100 investment lots that will interest both large investors and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. Thanks to the solution developed by the Corporation, the pre-investment cycle within the framework of this project will be significantly reduced."
Following the results of the final jury meeting, which was held in Moscow on November 29, 2023, the consortium led by Creative Technologies (Moscow, Russia) was declared the winner. In addition to the leader, the consortium includes:
- Kronwell Management LLC (Saint Petersburg, Russia);
- Moscow Region Research and Design Institute of Urban Planning (Reutov, Russia);
- InfraWEB (Moscow, Russia).
