The competition is initiated by the Andrey Melnichenko Foundation.
Partners include the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Region and the Administrations of Borodino, Nazarovo, and Sharypovo.
The competition operator is the Strategic Development Agency "CENTER".
Objective of the competition: to develop and select the best master plans for the cities of the Krasnoyarsk Region: Sharypovo, Nazarovo, and Borodino.
