On 27 November, the Central House of Architects in Moscow hosted the Closing Ceremony and awards presentation for the 15th National Landscape Architecture and Garden Art Award of Russia, celebrating the country’s most accomplished professionals.
A total of 150 works were submitted across 25 categories. From 26 to 28 November, experts evaluated projects both in person and online. A distinctive feature of the Award is that any visitor could attend the project defences.

This is a brilliant team that grows every year—in the quality of its work, the breadth of its themes and the calibre of its materials. I am proud that we are partners with ‘CENTER’, and that today’s event was prepared jointly by ALAROS and the ‘CENTER’ team. This diploma is awarded not for that, but for their serious and highly professional urban-planning activity.

Thank you for this recognition of our modest contribution. Symbolically, in this anniversary year of the Award, our Agency is also celebrating a milestone—our tenth anniversary this December. We reaffirm our commitment to continued fruitful cooperation with ALAROS. Our team will continue to promote landscape architecture and ensure it holds a prominent place in all our urban-development projects.
This year, the Award’s Organising Committee was chaired by Sergei Georgievsky, Co-Founder of “CENTER”. The Agency also served as organiser and programme director of the business programme, which was particularly extensive.
