On November 27, the 3rd International Symposium of the National Committee of ICOMOS Russia was held at the “Kauchuk” Factory Club, marking the conclusion of the Year of the Family. The Strategic Development Agency “CENTER” served as the information partner of the event, which was organized with the support of UNESCO and the Moscow Government.
The symposium brought together leading experts in cultural heritage preservation, architects, and restorers from Russia and abroad. The event was opened by Sergey Cheryomin (Moscow Government), Stepan Orlov (Moscow City Duma), and Leonid Kondrashev (NC ICOMOS Russia).
The program included discussions on integrating cultural heritage into contemporary urban development, successful restoration practices, and strengthening public engagement with historical sites.
