The results of a nationwide study organized by the Russian edition of Forbes in partnership with Pridex as part of the joint F Research project have been published — the first industry ranking bringing together the best office real estate projects from across Russia.
Sergey Georgievsky, co-founder of the “CENTER” Agency, joined the panel of experts that evaluated office buildings based on criteria such as building quality and human-centric design. The panel included eight professionals from fields related to commercial real estate — from recruitment to architecture. “CENTER” was the only urban development organization represented.
The study covered 300 of Russia’s largest companies by revenue, with headquarters not only in Moscow but throughout the country: 206 Moscow offices and 94 regional offices across 40 cities. Ultimately, 50 top headquarters were selected and divided into five categories — from “platinum” to “copper.” There were no ranked positions; buildings within each category were listed alphabetically.
The study highlighted a shift in corporate attitudes toward office environments. All winners received high scores for “human-centricity.” Offices are no longer merely workplaces — they have become drivers of business development, symbols of success, and spaces for life, growth, and creativity. Companies increasingly strive to design headquarters “around people and for people.”
Common features now include rest and nap rooms, game zones, gyms, massage rooms, and mental health spaces. Among standout amenities:
– a music school (Sberbank)
– fitness-equipped meeting rooms and parent-child spaces (Yandex)
– an open veranda with Friday DJ sets (T-Bank)
– autonomous modular spaces replacing large open-plan layouts (RMK)
Earlier, Sergey Georgievsky also served on the Jury that helped Forbes select the best regional headquarters of Russian companies.
