1 June, 2025

This year, Sergey Georgievsky, co-founder of the Agency “CENTER,” became a member of the Expert Council for the “RBC Visionaries” project.

Sergey joined as an expert in the category “Architecture and Urban Planning.” Alongside him, the Expert Council includes:

Nikita Tokarev, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture / MARSH Architectural School, University of Creative Industries;

Alexey Shchukin, special correspondent for Monocle magazine, expert in architecture and urban planning;

Anna Martovitskaya, architecture critic, author of contemporary architecture guides, creator of YouTube and Telegram channels “Archiblog,” co-founder of todigest magazine;

Oleg Shapiro, architect, co-founder of the Wowhaus bureau.

The “RBC Visionaries” project also includes categories such as Fashion, Food & Wine, Travel, Culture, Beauty & Health, and Design.

“RBC Visionaries” is a project about people with a unique perspective. Each of them has different experience and scope of activity, but they are united by one thing: a visionary approach to their passion. The mission of the project is to tell the stories of people and ideas that change the world, as well as to create a community of visionaries, providing them with a space for dialogue.

On May 30, at the RBC Event Center, an evening was held dedicated to the new stage of the “RBC Visionaries” project, which celebrated its first anniversary. RBC honored the heroes of the project, who now number 96.

The evening was set with reflections on visionary thinking—both through the lens of the project’s heroes and their stories, and in a broader historical context.

The program also included walks through the immersive installation “The Path of the Visionary”, followed by the announcement of a new category, “Architecture and Urban Planning,” launched with the support of the Moscow Urban Planning Complex. Together with the new partner, the project explores visionary ideas that help build and develop the capital—a city where today travel is unimaginable without taxi services.
