Real Estate Stars Shine in Sochi: REPA 2025 Award Winners Announced

30 June, 2025

On June 26, the REPA 2025 Award ceremony took place in Sochi at RED ARENA—one of the most prominent events in the architectural and development sector. This year, leading developers, architects, and experts gathered to recognize projects and teams setting new standards for quality in Russian real estate.

Among the honored guests was Nikolay Timchenko, CEO of the Strategic Development Agency “CENTER.” “Awards like these not only recognize best market practices but also create a new context for the development of cities and territories, strengthen architectural culture, and promote responsible development in Russia,” he said.

A key innovation of REPA 2025 was the expansion of the international jury: architects from 14 countries, including Argentina and Brazil, joined Russian experts to assess projects for alignment with global trends and sustainable development.

Bruno Santa Cecilia, partner at Arquitetos Associados and jury member from Brazil, noted that REPA projects demonstrate “a deep commitment to people, the planet, and the future.” He emphasized that the award raises the bar in the market, showing that “alternative ways of building and living are not only possible but necessary.”

This year, awards were given in 44 categories, including Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Urban Development, Architectural Concepts, and the “Reputation” category, recognizing teams and leaders who made a significant industry impact. Winners included iconic projects like ZILART, Villa Marina, BOTANICA, and Skolkovo Park.

REPA continues to strengthen Russian developers’ international presence, providing a platform to share experience and showcase top Russian practices to foreign experts.
