The National Award in Landscape Architecture and Garden-Park Art is Russia’s highest professional recognition in landscape architecture, construction, garden and park art, landscaping, and greening. This year marks the 16th edition of the award.
The award was established by the Russian Landscape Architects Association, the All-Russian Union of Architects, and the Moscow Union of Architects. The Strategic Development Agency “CENTER” will co-organize, with its experts joining the jury and participating in the business program.
“The award reflects the current level of the landscape industry in Russia, showcases the achievements of landscape architects and designers, unites the professional community, and promotes experience exchange between Russian and international specialists,” said Olga Gritsan, head of the analytical department at “CENTER” and jury member.
This year, 28 jury members will select the best implemented and conceptual projects in landscaping, restoration, and design, identify successful urban planning concepts and environmental projects, and recognize the best books, films, TV, and radio programs on landscape architecture. An architect, teacher, company, and industry event of the year will also be named.
Applications can be submitted in 25 categories until October 25. Russian landscape architects and studios, urban planners, and designers are eligible if their work was completed in Russia or abroad; foreign applicants are eligible if their projects were developed in Russia. Project design and implementation must have occurred between 2021 and 2025.
