Winners Announced for the “Arctic. Reset” Architectural Competition

The “Arctic. Reset” competition has concluded in Anadyr, aiming to create a new quality of urban environment for Chukotka. Sergei Georgievskii, Co-founder of the Agency for strategic development "CENTER", served on the jury, which evaluated more than 80 submissions from over 20 cities across Russia.

The winners were selected as follows:

  • Peschanaya Spit (new district in western Anadyr) - the top proposal was delivered by architectural bureau “AB CD” from Rostov-on-Don.
  • Tavayvaam Village (residential development and tourism infrastructure) - the winning concept was developed by the Institute for Territorial Development (St. Petersburg).
  • Ethnographic Village “Fisherman’s House” (ethnographic cluster) - the winning project was presented by Pavel and Maria Borodin (Penza).
