Sergei Georgievskii, Co-founder of the Agency for strategic development "CENTER", has been appointed to the Coordination Council on Creative Industries under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The Council was established to drive the sector’s development, with its composition approved by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The Council brings together experts with diverse professional backgrounds and hands-on experience in the creative economy — including architecture and urbanism as key growth drivers. Its members represent government, academia, culture, business, and the non-profit sector, creating a cross-sector platform for integrated development.
The primary objective of the Council is to ensure effective coordination between federal and regional authorities and representatives of creative industries. It creates a framework for implementing state policy — aligning strategic priorities, supporting investment flows, and strengthening the long-term development potential of the sector.
