The award was established in 2025 at the Eastern Economic Forum by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation and the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). DalArch is held with the support of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic, the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, and DOM.RF. The CENTER Agency for Strategic Development serves as the award operator.
The award is designed to recognise the Far East’s achievements in territorial development and architecture, while also expanding a catalogue of outstanding architectural and construction projects that can be replicated and applied across Russia.
Applications are currently being accepted until 11 September. The awards ceremony, which will honour the winners in nine categories and present the Grand Prix, awarded to a constituent entity of the Russian Federation, will take place in Yakutsk on 1–2 December.
The award is open to everyone involved in creating a new quality of living environment in the Russian Far East, including architects, urban planning companies, development institutions, public authorities, property developers, and development companies. Projects created for the macroregion within the past five years are eligible for consideration, including projects currently under implementation.
