The study titled “Comprehensive assessment of development potential of the Leninsk-Kuznetsky urban district, Kemerovo region” is a fundamental step towards developing a master plan for this territory for the period up to 2040.

The objective of the study is comprehensive analysis of the current state and development potential of the region, including socio-economic aspects and infrastructure opportunities.

The research process is organized in several stages. At the first stage, a detailed assessment of the development of the territory will be carried out, including an analysis of engineering, transport and social infrastructure, as well as an evaluation of labor and land resources. At the second stage, a vision of the district’s prospective development and preliminary scenarios for integrated development are formulated, which includes proposals for improving the quality of the urban environment and creating a harmonious image of the region. The final stage involves registration and presentation of research results, which ensures transparency and openness of project works for all the parties concerned.

In addition to improving the living conditions of the population, the study is aimed at ensuring national security and improving the overall efficiency of regional governance. The results of this comprehensive study will serve as the basis for all subsequent planned and strategic initiatives aimed at transforming Leninsk-Kuznetsky into a model of a sustainable and prosperous municipality.
