Identification of sources of co-financing from the budget on the principles of public-private partnership within the framework of development of the territory "Plodovo-Yagodnoe" in Krasnoyarsk.

Suggest a possible model to attract co-financing the project budget from the federal and regional budgets.
Description
The new neighborhood of 145 hectares, planned on the territory of fruit and berry plant between the neighborhoods of Krasnoyarsk "Ovinny", "Taimyr", "Vetluzhanka". On the territory of the planned creation of a unique natural park and public space, in order to preserve all the valuable natural objects, to include them in planning the future of the district. A variety of media blocks is achieved by using a number of different architectural and planning typologies of buildings and multi-format development.
The scope of work for the development of the PPP model
- description of Russian and foreign experience of state-private partnership;
- selection of the optimal PPP model for the project, taking into account the strengths and weaknesses; the region;
- creating a list of potential sources of budget financing;
- regional and federal levels; the budget proposal of the project co-financing sources;
- preparation of the project to the requirements of PPP programs.
