For us Petrovskaya Embankment is not just an area that needs to be developed. From a city-planning point of view, this is perhaps the most significant territory for today. With the concept of development and then with the design decisions that will be implemented on this territory, I would like to look not ten, or even twenty, but fifty or more years into the future. For people to say decades later that we were not mistaken.

Competition finalists. According to the results of the first stage on the basis of the relevant portfolio and essay three finalists will be selected and engaged in the development of competitive offers.

Winner and prize fund. The total prize fund of the competition is 2,700,000 rubles, including all taxes and fees. Each finalist will get an award for the development of the concept in the amount of 300,000 rubles, including all taxes and fees.

The finalist who takes third place will receive 300,000 rubles, including all taxes and fees.
