The study involves a comprehensive analysis of the territory of improvement of the embankment of the right bank of the Moscow River from the Moscow Ring Road to the Stroginsky Highway in order to conduct an open international competition.

Description of the territory: the territory of the embankment of the right bank of the Moscow River from the Moscow Ring Road to the Stroginsky Highway with an area of 105.5 hectares, located within the MKAD, the bed of the right bank of the Moscow River, the Stroginsky Highway, Isakovsky Street.

Research Objectives:

• analysis of the current situation and the main directions of development of the territory of improvement of the embankments of the Moscow River, including the analysis of the legal framework;
• study of world experience in the development of similar territories (on the example of reference cities);
• study of the needs of the population, analysis of the perception of the territory by the population of the city and tourists on the basis of a sociological survey;
• a sociological survey in order to identify satisfaction with the level of quality of the urban environment, transport, social, infrastructure services:
• analysis of the main problems and restrictions of the territory, the development potential of the planned territory, SWOT analysis;
• development of basic principles for the development of the territory of improvement of the embankments of the Moscow River;
• preparation of a scenario for the development of the territory of embankments.
