Open international online architectural competition for developing the right bank of the River Moskva from Moscow Ring Road to Stroginskoe shosse is initiated by Moscow City Architecture Committee and State Research and Design Institute for Urban Development of the City of Moscow. Competition operator is Agency for Strategic Development CENTER.

Competition territory. The territory of the embankment of the right bank of the Moscow River from the Moscow Ring Road to the Stroginsky Highway with an area of 105.5 hectares, located within the MKAD, the bed of the right bank of the Moscow River, the Stroginsky Highway, Isakovsky Street.

The competition is conducted on the basis of the Comprehensive Analytical Study of the territory of improvement of the embankment of the right bank of the Moscow River from the Moscow Ring Road to the Stroginsky highway.

Objective. Preparation of architectural, spatial, spatial and landscape solutions for the improvement of the territory of the embankments of the city of Moscow that meet modern trends in the formation of a comfortable urban environment.

Format. International, two-stage, open.

Participants. Russian and foreign professional organizations in the field of architecture, design, development of concepts for the development of public spaces, commercial and residential real estate, master planning, economics, finance, content design.

The jury. Representatives of state authorities of the city of Moscow, experts in the field of architecture, economics, marketing, real estate and urban planning, landscape architects.

Finalists. According to the results of the first stage, 3 finalists will be selected on the basis of the portfolio and essay, who will be involved in the development of competitive proposals.

Prize fund. Three finalists who will develop the final competitive proposals are paid in total 11 mln rubles, including all taxes and fees and extra 3 mln for the winner.

The total size of the Prize Fund, including all taxes and fees, will be 14 million rubles.
