The acceleration program in the framework of the competition for the creation of tourist and recreational clusters and the development of ecotourism in Russia involves the implementation of a program of methodological support and training for the participants of the Competition, including a series of training events and consultations with experts aimed at developing professional competencies for the participants to create a competitive product, expand their business, attracting investment and financing at all stages of development.

The purpose of the program. To imrpove the competencies and qualifications of participants in regional interdisciplinary teams with the aim of developing team master plans, concepts, strategies for the development of tourist and recreational clusters on ecological tourism through an acceleration program as part of the integrated development of specially protected natural areas.

Objectives.

• To provide mentoring and consulting support in the development of framework concepts for the development of tourist and recreational clusters for 2020-2025. for 30 competitive territories;
• to support the development of final products of regional interdisciplinary teams for 10 pilot territories: master plans, development strategies of the fuel dispensers;
• to carry out GR-pitching and invest-pitching for the teams of finalists;
• to organize and conduct strategic project sessions with team members;
• to conduct expert support, support teams in the framework of the Acceleration Program.

Mentors, (teachers). Experts involved in the program for training participants in the Acceleration program by giving lectures and conducting practical classes, providing methodological and educational materials, compiling and checking assignments, and advising teams. They have professional knowledge and practical experience in one of the areas related to the development of specially protected natural areas, the development of ecological tourism in specially protected natural areas, architecture, economics, urban planning, the development of territories and objects, ecology, sociology, marketing, tourism, social and cultural programming, master planning, design of infrastructure, financial and economic modeling, attracting investments, other disciplines related to the theme of the Acceleration program.
