Project seminar with local residents in Almetyevsk ti cincern evgagement of communities into developing the project for social areas in Almetyevsk. 

The seminar was done together with the team of specialists in the field of co-participation designing — Project Group 8.

It was a basis for the Open International Competition for the development of a master plan for the territory adjacent to the Almetyevsk reservoir on the Stepnoy Zay river.

Procedure

1. Research / data collection: research into the problems faced by the city and the territory, enabling to create the topic for discussion.

2. Research into potential users of public spaces through the local media, opinion polls, social media, preliminary questionnaires for participants

3. Provision of information

4. Moderation: mapping and recording the views and proposals of the participants

5. Analysis of obtained results.

The project seminar consists of two parts

City Lake:

Discussion of the approved concept to create the tourism recreation area

Cascade of Ponds:

Discussion of scenarios for use of the territory; residents develop their own projects for renovation of the territory, using the design-game methods.
